For goods sold through this website, Morris & Dogs must give clear information before checkout: legal business name, organisation number, physical address, email, phone number and VAT details where applicable; main product characteristics; total price in SEK including VAT and mandatory charges; delivery costs, delivery terms, payment methods and how the contract is concluded. The customer must also receive an order confirmation in a format that can be saved. Final company details must be completed before the shop opens for public sales.
For distance sales of goods, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery. Morris & Dogs must provide withdrawal information, instructions and a withdrawal form before purchase. The customer may notify withdrawal in writing or by phone within the period and should then return the goods without undue delay. Exceptions may apply under Swedish distance-selling law, for example for certain perishables or custom-made goods.
Goods sold to consumers are covered by Swedish consumer law, including the right to complain about original defects for at least three years from purchase. For complaints, please contact Morris & Dogs first. If a dispute cannot be resolved, the consumer may contact The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), Box 174, 101 23 Stockholm, Sweden. The European Commission ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.
Products offered to consumers must be safe and meet relevant Swedish and EU-based requirements for labelling, CE marking, chemical information and producer responsibility where those rules apply. If Morris & Dogs imports, distributes or sells products under its own brand, supplier and product-safety documentation should be kept.
